Although we're based in Phoenix, Arizona, we work with small businesses across the United States by leveraging the latest in cloud technology. QuickBooks Online is the bookkeeping platform at the center of virtually everything that we do as its functionality, security, and integration with other apps are superior to every other bookkeeping solution on the market.

Between my personal career experience and other client engagements, we have worked with a wide variety of industries and have developed systems and processes that save time and money. Hi!
My name is Tom Flessor and I am a degreed Accountant with an MBA in Finance. My extensive management career has included leadership roles in large corporations including Standard Oil, Honeywell, and Westinghouse; as well as private equity positions with Blackstone, Apollo, and Centerbridge. I also ran my own successful commercial landscape business for 8 years when I was a single Dad raising an 11 year old daughter and could not travel for work. Having now stepped back from corporate life, I am focusing my efforts on helping small business owners grow profitable enterprises. In a way, I have come full circle in my life. When I was in grade school, I used to help my Dad with his bookkeeping accounts. I would run paper tapes for him on an adding machine, sort and organize receipts, and double check expense totals. Now I'm doing it all!
I was born and raised in Chicago and now live in Phoenix, Arizona with my wife, Denise. We have 5 children and 6 grandchildren and we greatly enjoy spending time with them whenever we can.
